So, I was supposed to fly back to Illinois for a hearing tonight. I had it worked out where I was going to be able to fly in tonight, attend a wedding tomorrow, hang out in Chicago, then attend the hearing, go back to my hometown, and get a trip in to see my dad.
As I was getting ready to walk out of the office door to drive to the airport, I checked my email one last time.....case got settled. Womp Womp. No flight for me.
At least I get to go to vintage racing next weekend now.
